About our Client Our client is one of Victorias leading law firms, with a long-standing record of providing specialised legal services to business, high-net-worth groups and individuals. Job Description In this newly created role, your primary objective will be to grow revenue and profitability through business development, marketing and communication activities. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for key account management, strategic sales planning and working internally to train, develop and coach staff. You will also be responsible for bid management, client service reviews and maintaining industry and competitor knowledge. The Successful Applicant You will be a proven Business Development Manager with experience delivering results from within the Professional Services industry and ideally within the Legal sector. You will be strategic in your approach to business development and possess strong relationship management and coaching skills. You will have exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and you will be professional with the ability to work autonomously.
