This well established, stable property company has an opportunity for you to join their team as a Commercial Property Manager. Reporting to the Director, you will enjoy working in a friendly, down to earth team and will have a busy and varied day with a wide range of people interaction.

With responsibility for a number of commercial tenants, you will manage two of the groups most significant properties, and will have involvement in a number of the businesses other sites. You will be responsible for:

• Leasing premises (including liaison with external agents)
• Assignment of Lease Applications and procedures
• Lease negotiation and renewal
• Coordination of fit out approval submissions and insurances
• Ensuring that all tenant expenses are collected by the due date

To be guaranteed an interview for this role, you must have solid experience in commercial or retail leasing, coupled with a stable working history. You are someone who builds strong relationships, and is confident liaising with people at all levels.
