Due to well-planned growth, they seek to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to their Qld operations. Responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing teams, your key duties will include: - acting as central point of contact for sales staff, agents and sales enquiries
- preparation of management and sales reports
- preparation of advertising, sales presentations and marketing resources
- maintenance of in-house systems, databases and procedures
- sales and contracts administration
- management and co-ordination of sales promotions and event management
- set-up of new sales offices / display suites
- undertaking market research and analysis
Ideally possessing relevant tertiary qualifications, the candidate we seek will display an evidently high level of professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with all levels. With strong attention to detail and time management skills, you are a highly effective team player capable of working within a structured environment. Having intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, experience within the property industry will be well regarded.
