Our client is an award winning provider of innovative Engineering and Project Management Services to the global resource industry. From studies through to full project execution to operations and maintenance, our client's range of services cover all aspects of project development.
They urgently require the expertise of a Payroll Officer to work on a major resource project on a FIFO basis.
Key Position Responsibilities (But not limited to):
* Process the pay-run to staff ensuring all payments are accurate and authorised.
* Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation.
* Ensure payments are made on a timely and accurate basis.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
* Ensure other payroll related payments are satisfied.
* Manage payroll related data and balances and other ad-hoc duties.
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate MUST have:
* Min 3-5 years Payroll experience within an EPCM environment.
* Proven experience within the resource sectors.
* Hands on experience with the Payroll system Pronto.
* Sound written and verbal communication skills.
* The successful candidate must have an Australian Citizenship or an Australian Permanent Residency based here in Western Australia.
