This Internationally respected FMCG company has an immediate requirement for a Continuous Improvement Resource to enable and develop a cultural change with shop floor staff. The company is presently developing its internal staff to drive the business forward using Continuous Improvement and Lean principles. This opportunity reports to the Planning Performance Manager and has the responsibility for training, motivating and driving change in order to facilitate a culture of ownership and responsibility for manufacturing performance within the organisation. In addition to this, an ability to deliver quantifiable improvement activities is a key core component of this challenging role. To be successful in your application you will ideally have Lean or CI qualifications or hands on experience of Lean principles coupled with training and assessing qualifications or experience. You will need a proven track record of educating and mentoring employees for personal development and be driven to succeed within a challenging high speed production environment. You will have a hands on attitude toward problem solving and employee development.
