QBE has been appointed as one of three Workers Compensation Claims manager for NSW Government Agencies and is now recruiting key staff to develop, manage and support this new division.
We currently have several exciting opportunities available for Account Managers to join our NSW Workers Compensation division. These are exceptional opportunities for workers compensation professionals to demonstrate their industry knowledge, and strong relationship skills in key positions.
The successful candidates will work with Government Agencies, and will take the lead role in managing client expectations and driving results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for exceptional customer service to sharpen their relationship management skills.
This role will be required to:
* Develop and maintain successful relationships with Government Agencies to manage SLAs
* Provide training to Government Agencies, promoting the QBE business model and Claims Management Systems.
* Liaise with Government Agencies and QBE Claims and Policy Services to ensure continuous improvement of effective service delivery
* Work on site with Government Agencies to ensure effective service delivery and assist with the development of strategies to reduce premium
* Provide advice and support in relation to the SICorp reporting for Government Agencies
* Act as the first point of contact to solve and escalate operational issues, problems and complaints
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience and knowledge of relevant Workers Compensation legislation, case management practices and OH&S. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. You will be articulate and personable, have superior influencing skills, and the ability to negotiate at a high level. A tertiary qualification in Business, Law, OH&S or Allied Health would be highly regarded.
