The Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager to provide HR support to their designated, national client group. You will partner with the business across generalist human resources as well as gaining involvement in key organisational wide initiatives. Your client group will give you the diversity of working with both a blue collar and white collar workforce in a multi-site environment and whilst you will be based in the Corporate Office you will have the opportunity to visit site based customers.

To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified with at least five years experience in generalist Human Resources. You will be aware of progressive practice in HR, be commercial and fast paced in your approach. Experience in heavy industry is essential and experience in the resources sector will be highly regarded.
