This 5 Star Hotel, part of an International Hotel group, is due to open in late 2010. Located closed to Dubai’s main attractions, the hotel is a modern interpretation of oriental elegance. The hotel offers 400 bedrooms, 3 floors dedicated just for business travelers, 9 Food and Beverage outlets including a Mediterranean restaurant with all-day dining and a show kitchen, an Indian restaurant with flavors of northern India, an Italian outlet, a Chinese restaurant, casual dining at pool bar, finally a gourmet shop. The hotel also offers conference and meetings facilities for up to 250 guests.

We are now looking for an Italian Chef de Cuisine for the signature Italian restaurant, with a brigade of up to 12 chefs, 100 seats, and offering an authentic and genuine Sicilian cuisine with a modern twist, next to an authentic deli shop. You will understand the trends and flavors of Sicilian cuisine, preferably able to cook a traditional home style cooking with modern twist.
