We are looking for professional and friendly people to help us expand and promote our very successful newly renovated 37 year old restaurant. If you are looking for work in the Hospitality Industry but the hours put you off, or maybe you want to earn some extra spending money? How about honing your people skills and getting paid for it? As a food and beverage sales person some of your responsibilities will include: - Selling our lovely Italian meals, desserts and beverages - Setting up and ensuring our restaurant is spick, span & clean at all times - making beautiful coffees - Learn and study to increase your menu knowledge and utilise up-selling techniques - Work in and grow in our team environment - Liaise with customers, guests, staff and owners - Portray the best possible image for yourself and the business - Ensure ‘real’ customer service satisfaction (like you expect).

A great attitude is absolutely essential; it is the key to your success and we’ll be looking for it! To your advantage would be, excellent coffee making skills, very good general & Italian wine knowledge and experience, Italian language knowledge, and/or LOVE of Italian food and culture......
