Our client, a large government organisation are looking for an Asset Engineer - Structural with extensive experience in writing technical documentation (manuals, procedures, policy etc) to join the team in their Parramatta office.
 
The person they are looking for will need to have the experience to carry out the following tasks:
 
* Review the documentation of the processes and procedures manual for structural integrity, inspection and condition assessment of Traffic Asset Structures.
* Validation of the initial data, site visits and finalisation of the documents.
* Review the process/checklists of structural assessment reports of Traffic Asset Structures.
* Manage the ongoing training sessions for the inspectors in carrying out the inspection tasks.
* Assist to develop the appropriate database for capturing the structural inventory and condition data.
* Update the data with structural conditions as required.
 
This is a contract position (three to six months) and a competitive hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
