Additionally, you will:
- Handle customer enquiries
- Process and follow up on customer orders
- Cross selling products and services
- Maintaining the integrity of the CRM
- General administrative tasks including invoicing, report preparation and office duties as required.
So what do you need to be successful? A high level of customer service where you are results focused and strive to provide a first class service to your clients, excellent work ethic and strong team focus. You will also be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
