The Job Opportunity:
You will be working in a phone based, customer service delivery team, where your focus will be on assisting customers and resolving complex queries in relation to billing, orders, disputes, trouble-shooting and service issues. Acting as the face of the company, you will provide a professional, efficient service; taking ownership to achieve an efficient and positive outcome. You will endeavour to meet customer satisfaction objectives by offering appropriate solutions to customers. This is an inbound customer service role with no sales component.
These positions will commence in a temporary/casual capacity with a view to permanency after approx 8-12 months. Comprehensive training and support will be provided; equipping you with the tools required to evolve in the role.
All candidates must be available to work on a rotating roster between 7:30am to 7:30pm Monday - Friday (36.75 hours p/wk)
What we need:
These are challenging roles requiring versatility, flexibility and resilience. We need people who can work hard and have fun doing it! A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative. Essential skills include a very good phone voice and clear articulate spoken English, a can-do attitude, ability to effectively manage conflict and personal resilience. Previous contact centre experience is not essential. We are interested in talking to applicants from a variety of backgrounds including; retail, hospitality, admin, sales etc.
