You will join a small dynamic claims team and be responsible for the processing of client claims. Specifically you will:
- Receive, process and settle client claims
- Receive and process excess payments
- Provide a high level of customer service, answer queries and provide advice in a timely manner
- Take responsibility for maintaining the integrity of client files and client documentation
- Comply with company and industry body policies and procedures
- Work as an integral member of the team achieve targets
Your strong customer service experience from either the banking or insurance industries, together with your exceptional communication skills will ensure your success in this role. Additionally you will have a strong knowledge of the Northern Territory climate, solid administration skills and time management skills. Experience in workers compensation or motor vehicle claims will be highly advantageous.
