Right now, improving our service is a priority for us. Our goal is to substantially improve customer service by making it faster, easier and simpler for customers to deal with Telstra.

Our objective is to have the best customer satisfaction rating in our industry by the end of 2012. There's a lot of work to be done, so we're looking for talented people with a dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience to join us on our mission.

We've invested significantly in creating a state of the art call centre environment which you'll enjoy coming to work in. Commencing in our Burwood centre, you will move over to our brand new centre at Docklands by the end of December this year.

We have stepping into management development programs on offer for aspiring leaders, and as part of your induction and training you'll even complete a Certificate III in Customer Contact. It is specifically developed to provide you with a nationally recognised, formal qualification in this field. There is no additional work or tests, and there's no cost to you- it's just another way Telstra is investing in your future.
