The company is going through an exciting growth phase and is now looking for an exceptional and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join the team in QLD. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your primary function is to provide great service to the company's internal and external customers with a focus on the timely, efficient and professional processing of orders, queries, credits, invoices and returns.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:    

  • Experience in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A can-do approach to problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
  • A strong and genuine passion for exceptional customer service 
  • The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously  

Customer service experience in a related area of healthcare area will be highly regarded. More importantly, you will be dynamic and be able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of customers – your ability to prioritise, be proactive and work in a complex environment sets you apart from the rest.
