Your main duties will be; 
 

• Handling customer enquires via phone and email  
  
• Administration and resolution of warranty and service repairs  
  
• Spare parts order entry  
  
• Data entry using AS400 and updating information in service register  
  

 
To be successful you should have 

• Excellent communication skill  
  
• Experience in call centre environment  
  
• Excellent problem solving skills with passion to assist customers  
  
• Ability to perform under pressure  
  
• Excellent computer skills - Excel and word + AS400 database  
  
• Ability to work within a team environment
