This is your opportunity to join a modern and exciting national telecommunications organisation as an inbound call centre operator, commencing immediately. You will be a valued team member utilising your outstanding customer service skills by initiating calls or responding to customer enquiries relating to a range of products and services.
You will be based in Adelaide CBD, working Monday to Friday from 7am - 7pm on a rotating roster.
Thorough training will be provided so you can confidently determine the status of every request and assist in the delivery of products/services. Standard procedures and guidelines are provided to ensure a consistent delivery of service.
You will need:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Professional phone manner
- Multi-tasking skills
- The ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
- Customer resolution skills
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Knowledge of a sales environment
- Administration skills
- Ability to work in a team
