Due to rapid growth there are 2 positions open, targeting different markets, as a Senior Conference Manager one position will focus on the Law & Finance Division and the other will focus on the Mining & Resources Division. As a Manager of a Conference division you will have a team of up to 12 people, with 6 direct reports. You will have profit & Loss accountability and your team will overlook several aspects including production, marketing, telesales, administration and sponsorship. You will be responsible for choosing all conference topics and you will produce 35-40 conferences per year. This position is based in the Sydney state office and reports directly to the Managing Director. Who you will be doing it for?
