A creatively lead and strategically focused agency is seeking the skill of a new Digital Producer to work along side the Head of Digital on clients such as McDonald s, St George, Pacific Brands... and more.

You will have the opportunity to learn digital strategy, how to manage production and improve internal processes while contributing to continual business growth. With outstanding success in Australia this unique business is in planning stage for further expansion into Hong Kong and New York, with further career advancement opportunities available in the future for dedicated staff.

In the role, you will be responsible for;
  • Taking initial briefs from clients
  • Forming and documenting digital strategies, (Platforms, Channels, User propositions, Targeting, Messaging, Calls to action, etc)
  • Writing project proposals with due consideration to time, budget, best practice and the client's communications and business objectives
  • Sourcing, engaging and briefing production resources.
  • Negotiating supplier costs
  • Generating budget and schedule estimates
  • Developing Sitemaps, Wireframes, Functional Specifications, Content Maps and some Technical Specification
  • Briefing clients on all proposals and project documents, negotiating amends and direction, finalising and gaining approval for proposals and all elements of the production deliverables
  • Managing delivery to time, budget and quality
  • Working alongside account management to communicate progress, issues, and budget and timeline statuses to client throughout the project delivery cycle.
  • Analysing production and creative issues as they arise and making recommendations of solutions.
You will be a pro-active self starter who thinks outside the square. You will be experienced and passionate about digital, have good knowledge of the market and the proven ability to deliver digital projects for large brands.

Ideally, you will have been in a similar role and have a breadth of experience across all digital mediums. You will think at a business level and provide direction and recommendations accordingly and be serious about moving the business and therefore your own career forward.
